Type species: ¤ Aestuariicola saemankumensis Yoon et al. 2008.
Etymology: L. n. aestuarium, part of the coast that overflows with seawater during a flood-tide and is left covered with mud or slime at ebb-tide, a tidal flat; L. suff. -cola (from L. n. incola), a dweller, inhabitant; N.L. masc. n. Aestuariicola, a dweller in a tidal flat.
