Type species: ¤ Zhihengliuella halotolerans Zhang et al. 2007.
Etymology: N.L. fem. dim. n. Zhihengliuella, named after Zhi-Heng Liu, a Chinese microbiologist who devotes himself to the study of actinomycete taxonomy.
