Richter 1892 and the type of the family name Holopediaceae Elenkin 1933, which is not in accordance with the rules of the ICN; Merismopedia, the type of Merismopediaceae Elenkin 1933; Microcystis Lemmermann 1907, the type of Microcystaceae Elenkin 1933; Pleurococcus, the type of Pleurococcaceae (Klebs) Warming 1890; and Woronichinia, the type of Woronichiniaceae Elenkin 1933.
