🧍 Illegitimate according to Silva (1980) because based on Stigonemataceae tribus Diplonemeae Borzì (1916, p. 570), which is based on Diplonema Borzì 1916, which is a later homonym. The same author regards Borzinema De Toni f. 1936 and Borzinemataceae Geitler 1942 as legitimate replacements.Publication:
