🧍 Originally, ATCC 33669 was deposited in the ATCC as the type strain of Rhizobium loti Jarvis et al. 1982. Martínez-Hidalgo et al. 2015 showed, that the strain ATCC 33669 is no longer identical to the original type strain of Rhizobium loti Jarvis et al. 1982, NZP 2213, and that it represents a novel species in the genus Rhizobium.
