🧍 In the absence of a species epithet suis in the genus Mycoplasma, the creation of the new name haemosuis violates some Rules of the Bacteriological Code. Consequently, the proposal Mycoplasma haemosuis nom. nov. had to be changed to Mycoplasma suis comb. nov.
