🧍 It seems that the ATCC collection has distributed different type strains of Rhizobium leguminosarum with the same accession number (ATCC 10004) before and after 1994. Strain DSM 30132 and NCIMB 2370, previously considered as the type strain of Rhizobium leguminosarum, were received from the ATCC before 1990. These strains belong to a new species for which Ramírez-Bahena et al. 2008 propose the name Rhizobium pisi.Publication:
