Tsukamura [1] requested that the Judicial Commission recognize the priority of the name "Rhodococcus lentifragmentus" over Rhodococcus ruber. The comission [2, 3] agreed unanimously not to accede to this request, but noted that the citation of Rhodococcus ruber in the Approved Lists 1980 was incorrect (Cf. supra).
