This exception was granted in anticipation of the published minutes of the meetings of the International Committee on Systematics of Prokaryotes (ICSP) and its Judicial Commission (JC) in San Francisco in 2005. In March 2008, the authors have obtained the ATCC certificate for the type strain of this species which meets all requirements of Rule 27(3).
