In accordance with Rule 18f of the International Code of Nomenclature of Bacteria, strain Cm a14 ( DSM 14605 JCM 12615) has been designated as the type strain of Chondromyces apiculatus by Lang and Reichenbach (2013); these authors also provided the 16S rRNA gene sequence accession number given above.Publication:
