Until November 2007 the strain KCTC 9992 has been erroneously listed as type strain of Actinomadura hallensis. — Leibniz Institute DSMZ. Prokaryotic Nomenclature Up-to-date, 2018-12-11.
The type strain KCTC 9992 is cited in the paper by Lee and Jeong 2006. However, this strain is also cited as the type strain of Nocardioides dubius Yoon et al. 2005. According to Dr. T. Kudo (JCM) and to Dr. J.-S. Lee (KCTC), the type strain of Actinomadura hallensis has not been deposited in KCTC. Therefore, KCTC 9992 is deleted from Actinomadura hallensis. — Kudo T. Personal communication, 2007-11-14.
