Etymology: N.L. masc. gen. n. chandramohanii, of Chandramohan, named after Dr D. Chandramohan, an Indian marine microbiologist, who has played a crucial role in transforming microbiological research at the National Institute of Oceanography, India into technologically rewarding activities.
