Note: The specific epithet heliotrinreducens (sic) has been corrected in the new combination Slackia heliotrinireducens [see, ¤ Slackia heliotrinireducens corrig. (Lanigan 1983) Wade et al. 1999, comb. nov.]. However the name "Peptostreptococcus heliotrinireducens" corrig. has never been formally proposed before December 14, 2000 (date of publication of the amended Rule 61; see Int. J. Syst. Evol.
